Full-Time Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator

Skycare in the Hounslow area is seeking a motivated Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver a varied programme of engaging activities for residents in a care setting. You will tailor activities to individual interests, support those living with dementia, and work closely with families and the care team to promote wellbeing and social interaction.

This full-time role offers 42 hours per week, day shifts, and a friendly, supportive environment with ongoing training and development opportunities
