This Team Lead opportunity is with a rapidly growing company leading the way in cyber crisis response, trusted by organizations across the globe. With a clear technical vision and a collaborative, high-impact engineering culture, the team is creating greenfield, AI-driven solutions from scratch. You'll join a small core team in Dublin where ownership, innovation, and technical leadership are key.
In this role, you'll influence technical direction, drive architectural decisions, and mentor a dedicated engineering team, while staying hands on across the stack using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and AWS. You'll be instrumental in building cloud native, AI enabled capabilities and designing robust, scalable systems to support organizations in critical moments.
This role is ideal for a senior full stack engineer ready to move into leadership, shape both product and technical strategy, and deliver real impact in a fast moving, greenfield environment.
