Or equivalent work experience.# Experience 5 to 10 years experience in systems development.# Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end and back-end frameworks.- Integrate and manage AI tools to optimize code generation, system monitoring, diagnostics, and documentation workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, MCP APIs, OpenAI, RAG, LLM-based automation).- Build and maintain RESTful services, and OpenAPI-defined interfaces.- Implement and optimize components within the payment pre-processing platform, including validation, routing, and data enrichment.- Integrate solutions with banks, SWIFT services, and third-party actors.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of API contracts, technical documentation, and data models.- Collaborate with business and product teams to implement features or integrations related to payment pre-processing, compliance flows, reconciliation, and reporting - Participate in code reviews, design reviews, testing, and troubleshooting across the full technology stack. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3-5 years of professional software development experience.- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.- Hands-on experience with REST web services, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API-first development.- Practical knowledge of AI/ML tools for engineering workflows (RAG, Automated documentation generation, Automated test generation or code refactoring, LLM-based monitoring/analysis).- Full-stack development capabilities (Java back-end + modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React).- Experience in the financial sector, ideally with payment flows, transaction processing, or banking integration.- High level of English, spoken and written. Preferred / Optional Qualifications- Experience with AWS architecture and cloud-native development.- Experience with API management platforms (Apigee, Amazon API Gateway, Kong).- Knowledge of SWIFT standards, payments and Swift platform.- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and security practices relevant to financial systems.
