As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work alongside highly experienced founders and a world-class engineering team to build AI-native products used by investment banks, private equity firms, asset managers, and consultancies. This is an opportunity to join early, take ownership of core product development, and help shape the engineering culture of a company with significant long-term growth potential.
What You'll Do- Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack applications from frontend to backend.
- Develop high-quality user interfaces using React and Next.js.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI or Django preferred).
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Build reliable background workers, asynchronous processing, and distributed services.
- Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, design, and engineering to deliver high-impact features.
- Improve scalability, security, reliability, and engineering best practices across the platform.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong production experience with React and Next.js.
- Excellent backend development skills using Python.
- Experience with FastAPI or Django.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Redis, background workers, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also considered).
- Strong Git workflows and collaborative software development practices.
- Passion for building high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working in AI companies or AI-powered products.
- Experience in fintech or financial services technology.
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Experience mentoring engineers or driving engineering best practices.
- Work directly with highly accomplished founders who have successfully built and exited previous YC-backed companies.
