Join a fast-growing startup building AI agents to automate Anti-Money Laundering operations for global banks. As a Full Stack Engineer (leaning backend), you will own significant product areas, shipping code to production for publicly listed financial institutions. You'll work directly with the founders to scale a platform handling real-world KYC/AML workflows.

What you will do

• Build and scale core AI agent infrastructure and API systems using a serverless JavaScript/TypeScript stack on AWS.
• Design and implement critical integrations with the KYC/AML platforms that global financial institutions rely on daily.
• Rapidly ship features from concept to production, making high-level architectural decisions that impact the platform's scalability.

The ideal candidate

• 1-5 years of experience building production systems, ideally with professional exposure to TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS serverless architectures.
• A track record of technical excellence, evidenced by a top-tier engineering degree, experience at elite tech companies, or scaling a VC-backed startup.
• A true builder mindset with the ability to work in-person in London and the right to work in the UK.
