Full Stack Engineer

Salary: £40k-£100k + Equity

Company Description: VC-backed greentech SaaS platform

Job Description: You will help build an end-to-end operating system for renewable energy installers, streamlining the transition to clean home heating. Working in a high-calibre team, you will tackle complex problems like geospatial analysis and 2D/3D design tools. This role offers high ownership and the chance to drive significant carbon emission reductions through technology.

Location: Bristol and London, UK

Why this role is remarkable:
  • Work on high-impact software that directly accelerates the UK's transition to net-zero home heating.
  • Join a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier VCs that has achieved exponential growth since early 2024.
  • Tackle deep technical challenges beyond standard CRUD work, including computer vision, LiDAR integration, and hardware connectivity.
What you will do:
  • Own and deliver complex features end-to-end across a modern TypeScript and React stack.
  • Shape the technical direction and architecture of a platform supporting hundreds of installation businesses.
  • Collaborate directly with users on-site to understand pain points and rapidly implement real-world solutions.
The ideal candidate:
  • Proficient with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Product-minded engineer who prioritizes solving real user problems over simply completing tickets.
  • Impact-driven professional comfortable with high ownership and moving fast in a candid, collaborative environment.
