Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React) who can help us build a cutting-edge LLM-based communication platform. You'll work with a dynamic team to design, develop, and optimize scalable applications, ensuring high performance, security, and innovation across the stack.

Location: On-site or Remote (based on project)

Shift: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday) or 2 pm to 10 pm (Monday to Friday) based on project

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in Node.js and React to join our growing team. You'll be part of an exciting journey building a cutting-edge LLM (Large Language Model)-based communication platform that leverages real-time data and AI-driven insights.

• Develop & Maintain: Design, build, and enhance our LLM based platform using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are fast, reliable, and scalable to handle high traffic and real-time data demands.
• Authentication & Security: Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using tools like Identity Server, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect to ensure secure access and data protection.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in thorough code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
• Mentorship: Support and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices-especially in AI/LLM development-and apply them to enhance the product.

Reliability: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across the stack to ensure high system availability and performance.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Node.js and full-stack development.
• Backend Skills: Proficiency in Express.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• AWS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Dynamo, S3, RDS, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Testing & Deployment: Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Agile methodologies.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills for resolving complex system issues.
• Soft Skills: Effective communicator and team player with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

LLM/AI Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience or interest in working with Large Language Models or AI-driven applications is a plus.
