Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter - London

Figma in London is seeking an experienced full-life cycle Sales Recruiter to support the organization's growth, primarily within Sales with the opportunity to support other functions such as Marketing, Legal, and GBO. This is a full-time role based in our London hub.

You will partner with business leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles, source pipelines, and leverage data to inform hiring decisions while advancing BEI initiatives.
