• Greet and Serve:Welcome and assist customers with a smile, offering your expertise to make their visit special.


• Take Orders:Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, ensuring their preferences are met to perfection.


• Prepare Cold Food:Participate in the preparation of delectable dishes that complement our wine offerings, ensuring quality and presentation.


• Handle Card Transactions: Handle transactions with precision, maintaining a secure and organised approach.


• Health & Hygiene:Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, adhering to health and hygiene protocols to create a safe and inviting environment for our patrons.


• Licensing Laws:Uphold a strict adherence to licensing laws and regulations at all times, ensuring the responsible and legal service of alcohol.

We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

• Customer-focused and friendly demeanour.


• A passion for wine! Love would be even better


• Strong attention to detail and precision in order-taking.


• Awareness of health and hygiene standards.


• Familiarity with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service.


• You must have a valid right to work in the UK Visa and/or be a UK resident.
