Fulfilment Center Lead - Flexible Shift Ops & Team Coaching

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an FC Lead for our Fulfilment Centres. You will be the first point of contact on your shift, ensuring teams follow planned processes and safety rules. This hands-on role provides exposure to tools and systems that keep operations efficient.

You will monitor workflows, support training, and partner with managers on improvements to safety, quality and productivity. You will help plan shifts to cover peak times and escalate issues when needed.
