Fulfillment Center Learning & Leadership Manager

Amazon Fulfilment Centre in Leeds is seeking a Learning Manager to lead and develop training programs for associates and leaders on site. You will own the end-to-end training lifecycle, from needs analysis to deployment, and work closely with regional EU teams to share best practices.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify development opportunities, coach on leadership skills, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity across the site.
