Frontline Waste Trade & Distribution Supervisor

Cardiff Council is seeking a Trade and Distribution Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the Waste Management service. You will manage frontline teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and operational targets. This full-time permanent role requires experience in an operational environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Based at Lamby Way Depot, flexibility for early shifts and weekend work is essential, along with a valid driving license. Welsh language skills are welcomed but not obligatory.
