Frontline Tenancy & ASB Advisor

The Hyde Group is seeking a Tenancy Management Advisor in Chichester to join our Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team. The role requires experience in ASB and tenancy management and knowledge of housing law to deliver a responsive, customer-focused housing service.

You will be the frontline contact for ASB and tenancy queries, advising customers, updating CRM case records, and supporting early interventions.
