Frontline Store Leader - Care, Compliance & Growth

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store team, coach colleagues and ensure safe, compliant, and customer-focused operations. You will balance people, performance and shop floor duties daily, driving high standards while delivering welcoming care for customers and patients.

You'll report into the Store Manager, run day-to-day shop floor activity, manage rotas and workload, and act as the leader in the Store Leader's absence, shaping the store's experience and results.
