Frontline Operations Supervisor - Part-Time

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Supervisor for Defence operations on a part time basis (27 hours per week). You will lead frontline staff, ensure goods are checked and stored correctly, and manage weekly rotas while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.

The role sits within ESS, Compass Group UK's defence, government and energy services, supporting numerous military and government sites with a strong emphasis on staff development and teamwork.
