Frontline Lead - Guest Experience & Operations

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in Windsor, England is hiring a Frontline Lead (Full Time) with flexible availability to support Admissions, Car Park, Retail, Fastrack, Adventure Golf and Guest Services.

You will lead and coach frontline teams, ensure guest safety and service standards, handle escalations, and work with the Zonal Manager to maintain high performance across the unit. Must be 18+, previous customer-facing or leadership experience preferred; training and Merlin benefits apply.
