Frontline Domiciliary Care Manager - Swindon Growth

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service based in Swindon. This frontline, hands on role drives operational performance, recruitment, and service expansion.

You will ensure CQC compliance and high quality care, manage a team of about 15 carers, maintain Wiltshire County Council framework relationships, and develop new packages. Permanent, full time, £35,000 per annum plus performance bonuses.
