Frontline Customer Service Champion

Bedford Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Bedford town centre team. You will assist residents, answer queries and guide people through the council's services, delivering friendly, efficient support.

The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with a pro rata salary of £31,537-£34,434 for the right candidate. The closing date is 7 August 2026 and interviews follow in late August. Full training and an inclusive workplace are offered.
