Frontline Banking Advisor

Metro Bank is looking for a Banking Representative to be the face of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service while applying knowledge of our products and services. You will join a team focused on meeting store objectives, taking ownership of customer interactions and maintaining compliance through ongoing training.

The role is based in Basingstoke with typical hours 8:45am-5:15pm, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturdays.
