Your duties will also include the following: Ensuring and improving guest satisfaction at every interaction Checking in guests, as well as taking and processing bookings Reviewing bookings, overbookings and options Monitoring costs and the accommodation revenue budget Implementing and maintaining the internal Motel One quality management system Shared responsibility for conducting internal coaching, cross-trainings and onboarding new Front Office colleaguesWhether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here!
