Front Office Supervisor - Lead Guest Experience & Team

The Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the front desk team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will report to the Reception Manager and ensure smooth check-in/out processes in a busy 4-star hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have strong customer-facing skills, leadership experience, and familiarity with Opera PMS and MS Office. The role is 40 hours weekly on a shift basis, with a mix of early and late shifts.
