The Person:
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (Property Management Systems and ONQ)
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
The Role:
  • Supervise and coordinate front office staff
  • Ensure high levels of guest or client satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
  • Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance of front office team
  • Maintain office supplies and appearance of the front desk area
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks
