The Role: Front Office Manager

As Front Office Manager, you will lead all guest-facing operations, including Guest Associate and Guest Service Supervisors. You will be the driving force behind seamless arrivals, departures, and personalised guest journeys that reflect the character and style of a Tribute Portfolio hotel.

Working closely with the General Manager and Heads of Departments, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing service standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative and engaging culture across the hotel. You will inspire, mentor, and lead your team to deliver hospitality that embodies the individuality and spirit of the Tribute Portfolio brand.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.
  • Deliver seamless arrivals and departures through anticipatory and personalised service.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate front office team aligned with Marriott brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Heads of Departments to continuously enhance service delivery and operational performance.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage Department particularly during peak service periods, ensuring a seamless guest journey across all touchpoints.
  • Drive achievement of key Front Office performance KPIs including Guest Satisfaction (GSS), Review scores, upselling revenue, enrolment targets, and service excellence metrics.
  • Act as a visible leader in the lobby, confidently engaging with guests and supporting colleagues across departments.
  • Uphold Marriott brand standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Support ongoing improvements to SOPs, guest journey touchpoints, and team development initiatives.
About You
  • Previous leadership experience in Front Office management within a premium or lifestyle hotel environment (minimum 2 years).
  • A confident and inspiring leader with excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong team culture.
  • Hands on, visible, and solutions oriented, with the ability to perform in a dynamic hospitality environment.
  • Previous Marriott experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
