Front of House Team Member

Location: Plymouth FWC Department: Customer Type: Part time Pay: £12.84 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week, but instead work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. This role supports the front of house at our gym, greeting members and visitors and providing a warm, professional welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas.
• Create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Deliver a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, ensuring everyone feels valued.
• Assist the café team by preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo on site training to cover Lifeguard breaks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.
• Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.
• Flexibility, motivation and initiative.
• Ability to swim to a high standard and willingness to undergo training at site.
• Part time availability suitable for an ad hoc schedule.
