The Role:
We're looking for a confident and proactive supervisor to help lead our front-of-house teams on race days and event days. You'll be responsible for overseeing service delivery, managing staff, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, prestigious venue while developing your leadership and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of front-of-house staff
- Ensure smooth and efficient service during events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care
- Act as the point of contact for guest queries and escalations
- Support the management team with training, briefings, and shift preparation
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or events
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Positive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
