Front of House Supervisor - Flexible Hours

Elior UK is seeking a Reception Supervisor to oversee best-in-class front of house services across client sites in Greater London. You will supervise planning, desk coverage, and service delivery, building relationships with client teams and internal staff to ensure smooth operations.

Working Monday to Friday, you will lead a visible front desk presence, coach team members, handle complaints, and drive process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.
