Front of House Receptionist

At Sodexo , we believe every interaction matters,and we are looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client site. In this role, you will deliver excellent front of house service, ensure all company and client policies and procedures are followed, complete records accurately and in a timely manner, and report any incidents, accidents, damage, or irregularities to management while taking appropriate action where possible. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, support the wider team with any reasonable management requests, and help create a safe, positive, and professional experience for all visitors and colleagues.

What You'll Do:

• Be the welcoming and professional face of Sodexo at our client site
• Deliver excellent front of house and customer service at all times
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures
• Complete records accurately and within required timeframes
• Report incidents, accidents, damage, or irregularities to management promptly
• Support the wider team and carry out reasonable management requests in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

• Professional and customer-focused with excellent front of house and hospitality skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and approachable manner
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and workplace management systems
• A proactive and reliable team player who works well collaboratively
• Adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to resolve problems efficiently with strong attention to detail
