Front of House Receptionist 
Front of House Receptionist for a company here in Sligo.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.
- Meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of customers, to ensure a high customer service experience.
- Answering incoming calls and emails.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
- Contact customers to confirm appointments near to their appointment date.
- Other adhoc administrative tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- A car as travel is required.
- Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
