Salary: Grade 2, £27,682 - £29,548 per annum, pro rata (Starting salary will be £27,682)

The successful candidate will provide a friendly, front of house service to students, staff and visitors, upholding high standards of customer service, security & safety for students, visitors and staff.

The ideal candidate will be able to deal with potentially challenging situations, and they must be able to handle conflict in a calm, proportionate and professional manner. They will work closely with the health & safety team, dealing with emergency situations, spotting and responding to hazards and they will be part of the First Aid and Fire Evacuation team.
