Front of House Manager: Premium Car Service Leader

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cheltenham is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the aftersales front of house, ensuring smooth customer journeys and high service standards.

You will manage customers from booking to service completion, support and train team members, and handle complex issues with management collaboration, while maintaining excellent customer care throughout the Marshall journey. This is a full-time role with a 45-hour week and Saturday rota.
