We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of bar and restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community to enhance the restaurant's reputation and drive business growth.
- Proven experience in food and beverage or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
