Permanent - Full Time (37 hours per week) £41,529 per annum

We are recruiting a Front of House Manager with strong experience working within Front of House departments in the theatre, hospitality or visitor services industry.

About The Marlowe Theatre

The Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury is a large regional theatre with a 1,200 seat Main House and a 150 seat Studio. It hosts a year round programme of theatre, dance, opera, music and comedy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world class customer service for all visitors.
• Maintain a good health and safety ethos, playing an active role in the theatre's fire, security and emergency action plans.
• Lead and develop the Front of House team to deliver operational excellence.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Front of House roles within the theatre, hospitality or visitor services industry.
• Excellent customer service and customer management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety, fire, security and emergency procedures.
