We have the rare opportunity at our Village in Macclesfield, Cheshire to welcome a new Front of House Manager.

As part of our Village Management team, the Front of House Manager is responsible for leading all of the Village service teams, including administrators, caretakers and housekeeping.

As a Front of House Manager you will oversee the smooth and efficient administration of tasks, including payroll, recruitment, HR and finance reporting. The Front of House Manager is pivotal to sharing the positive culture at Belong; being the first point of contact for new customers and tenants, as well as their families and friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Village service teams, including administrators, caretakers, and housekeeping staff.
  • Oversee smooth and efficient administration of tasks such as payroll, recruitment, HR and finance reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new customers, tenants, families and friends, representing the positive culture of Belong.
Essential Qualifications & Attributes
  • Customer focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
  • Compassionate, with the expertise to motivate & inspire others and be highly organised with sound decision making skills.
  • A natural leader, building and developing the front of house teams that will provide an excellent service for all customers.
  • Experienced in managing a front of house team with demonstrable experience in finance reporting and administrative services.

Hours of work: 37.5 per week across a seven day rota. Please note this role also performs duties on the Village on call rota.

Salary £35,289.90 p/a
