Job Description

Front of House Receptionist - Dental Concierge (Luxury Experience Essential)

Location: Chelsea, London SW3 5QJ

Salary: £35,000 -£45,000 per annum + bonus structure


Full-Time Permanent In-person

We're seeking individuals with a background in luxury hotels, five-star concierge services, premium retail, or private members clubs to elevate our client journey and help us redefine the modern dental experience.


What We're Looking For


We're searching for a highly polished, service-obsessed professional to be the first face and voice of our Chelsea clinic - someone who thrives in an elegant, fast-paced environment where excellence is the standard.

You'll be the vital link between our clients and our clinical team, responsible for creating a seamless and memorable front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities


  • Welcoming patients with warmth, elegance, and care
  • Managing appointments, calls, and client communication with exceptional attention to detail
  • Supporting client onboarding, follow-ups, and treatment bookings
  • Liaising with clinical teams to ensure a smooth daily schedule
  • Delivering a 5-star client experience at every stage of the customer journey
  • Representing the brand with integrity and discretion


Ideal Background

  • Front Office / Guest Relations in 5 Hotels or Private Clubs
  • VIP Client Management in High-End Retail
  • Concierge or Front Desk in Luxury Hospitality
  • Private Healthcare or Aesthetic Clinics
  • (Dental knowledge not required - full training provided)
