Front of House Manager - Leadership & Service Excellence

Lexington-Catering is seeking a Front of House Manager in London to lead department heads and ensure proactive on-site team management. You will recruit, induct, train, and support staff to deliver a high-quality service for clients.

The role requires motivating a team, budget control, strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, and adherence to COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and regulatory requirements. Working pattern is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
