Front of House Manager - Lead 70-Strong Café Team

At Scotsdalegardencentre in Great Shelford, we are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our new café, which opened in June 2025. The role requires you to manage a large team of 70 staff across a busy 550-seat café, and champion outstanding guest service.

Your responsibilities will include training Supervisors, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive team culture. Proven experience in a leadership role is essential.
