Front of House Leader: Café Service & Ops

The Hollies Farm Shop is seeking a Café Front of House Supervisor to lead the front of house team, ensure smooth service, and uphold high standards of hospitality across breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.

You will partner with the FoH Manager and Café Manager to supervise staff, manage stock, handle sales and cash, and maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming café environment while building a positive team culture.
