Front of House Leader - Flexible Shifts & Path to GM

Upham Inns in Southern England is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to lead front of house teams across our premium pubs. You'll manage briefings, train staff on food and drink products, drive promotions, and coach colleagues to upsell while delivering outstanding customer service.
