Chippingnortontheatre is seeking a confident, engaging Front of House Manager to join our team. You will handle administrative duties, oversee bar staff and volunteer ushers, and duty-manage performances and events to ensure every visitor enjoys an excellent experience. We value people who love hospitality and delivering great customer service.

Live performance familiarity is a plus but not essential. The role reports to the Head of Customer Experience and offers flexibility between 35-40 hours
