Front-of-House F&B Team Leader - Flexible Hours

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to manage front-of-house operations across our cafés in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. This permanent role operates on annualised hours (1560 per year) with an average of 30 hours weekly, offering flexible scheduling to meet operational demand.

You will lead day-to-day service, supervise induction and training, maintain displays, and support the kitchen when needed, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
