Job Description
We are working with a prestigious residential scheme based in SW London who are looking to hire for a Front of House Estate Officer to join their team. The role combines front of house customer service, estate oversight, and traffic coordination.
Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off - 7am to 7pm
Salary: £32,000 per annum
The Role:- Act as a visible and approachable presence across the estate, proactively assisting residents and visitors.
- Deliver a five-star front of house experience, ensuring residents and guests feel welcomed, recognised, and supported.
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation and professional standards at all times.
- Perform all security functions as instructed by management, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Inspect and monitor external and, when necessary, internal areas for security or health and safety concerns
- Provide excellent visual standards and quality customer service for the development.
- Be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering a professional and welcoming presence.
- Conduct operational site inspections, patrols, and CCTV monitoring as required.
- Maintain and develop the onsite traffic management plan.
- Generate and contribute new ideas to benefit the team and improve service delivery.
- Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices, identifying and reporting risks and hazards to continuously improve safety performance.
- Experience working in a front of house, hospitality, concierge, residential, or customer facing role within a high quality environment.
- SIA CCTV Licence - Training Program Available
- Accredited Traffic Marshall - Training Program Available
- Experience working outdoors and in a front facing customer role.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
- Knowledge of anti discrimination and equal opportunity legislation.
- Professional, patient, and calm manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Willingness to undertake further training as required.
- Foster a can do attitude to encourage continuous improvement and team collaboration.
