Front of House Duty Manager - Arts Venue (Evenings/Weekends)

Brixton House is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the Customer Service Team and oversee front-of-house operations for performances and daily venue activities. The role involves ensuring excellent customer care, safety, and smooth coordination across café/bar, ticket sales, and venue spaces.

The post requires working evenings and weekends, guiding staff, and collaborating with Event Managers and Technical teams to deliver high-quality experiences for audiences and artists.
