Supporting the front of house team in the coordination and sales of the guest experience from initial reservation through to arrival and everything in-between! Dealing with all direct and third party guest requests as well as completing daily checks on all reservations, identifying any potential upsell opportunities.
Is this the role for me?- Experience in an administration role or within a hotel front of house role

DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford upon Avon hotel is located in Stratford upon Avon. Our hotel is a 4 , 102 bedroom property and has The Quills restaurant and a lounge bar area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a 24 hour small fitness & gym room.
