Front-of-House & Events GM for Urban Farm Café

Northern Roots is launching a new cafe, retail offer and visitor hospitality at Oldham, Greater Manchester. We are seeking a General Manager to lead the front-of-house operations, retail and events, and to work with the Chef-Partner and Head Chef to shape the cafe concept.

You will champion guest experience with warmth and attention to detail, build a great team, and help create a welcoming community hub that reflects our values and ambition.
