Front-of-House & Community Manager

McCarthy Stone in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a proactive front-of-house and estate services coordinator. You will welcome homeowners and visitors, act as the first point of contact and provide guidance and support.

You'll manage supplier relationships, oversee communal areas and gardens, help build a strong resident community through events and meetings, and ensure Health and Safety compliance.

This role requires discretion and a warm, respectful presence for residents and their families.
