Job Title: Front of House / Member Associate
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
About the Role
We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing serviced workplace provider in the heart of Belfast City Centre to recruit a Front of House / Member Associate.
This is a varied, hands-on position that blends front-of-house excellence with operational support and community engagement. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and fully functional workspace, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact for members and visitors
Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Manage day-to-day member queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Support the smooth running of workspace operations, ensuring all facilities are maintained to a high standard
Assist with workspace systems and technology, helping members to work effectively with minimal disruption
Monitor and maintain meeting rooms, communal areas, and overall workspace presentation
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Contribute to a positive, engaging community environment within the workspace
About You
Previous experience in a similar Front of House, Hospitality, or Customer-Facing role Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident supporting basic workplace systems and technology A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
