Front Entrance Guest Experience Host

Selfridges & Co in London is hiring a Door Host to welcome guests at the front of the store and create an outstanding first impression. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering friendly service and sharing Selfridges' stories.

The role requires engaging with customers across all interactions, maintaining professional appearance, and ensuring safety and store standards are followed while providing extra assistance when appropriate. Working hours are 30 hours over 4 days.
