Front Door Information Officer - Safeguarding & Early Help

The Rotherham Information Officer role within the First Response MASH is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week). You will receive and screen initial enquiries, determine if children are in need of HELP or experiencing HARM, and create professional records from a wide range of agencies.

You will advise professionals and families on HELP and SUPPORT referrals, apply thresholds to identify the right level of need, and help ensure timely access to targeted help or statutory intervention
