Front Desk Supervisor: Guest Experience Lead & Perks

Delta Hotels by Marriott York is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage guest check-ins, verify identities and payments, assign rooms, and issue keys. You will balance and verify billing, compile daily reports, and ensure a seamless experience for guests at a four-star York property near the racecourse.

You will also assist management in training and coaching team members, uphold company policies, maintain safety standards, and respond to guest needs with professionalism and discretion.
