Front Desk Manager

About the Role

We are currently seeking an impossibly charismatic Front Desk Manager at our Treehouse, Manchester. The front office is the heart of every single one of our hotels. The team first greets guests when they step inside Treehouse, Manchester, attends to their every request, and introduces them to the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the front office team to ensure guests are greeted warmly upon arrival, their requests are attended to, and they are introduced to the brand.
• Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide effective verbal and written communication with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Operate flexibly with 24 hour shift demands.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service.
• Minimum two years' experience working in a front office role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Advanced knowledge of front office operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional interaction with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24 hour operation.
• Intimately understands the dynamics of the role and its impact on overall guest experience.
